Overview

The Email Marketing & Content Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing data-driven, dynamic email campaigns and content. You will contribute to creating highly-targeted and segmented marketing campaigns, lifecycle emails, retention/reactivation programs, and loyalty building communications. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Digital Strategy and Lifecycle Manager.

What you'll be doing:

  • Write a variety of content: emails, social captions, one pagers, blogs and ebooks
  • Research subject matter and create stories that include complete, accurate information and details without relying on regurgitated bullet points
  • Support email marketing initiatives including continual optimization of email marketing strategy and related processes to retain and monetize existing customers
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create and execute data-driven, dynamic email campaigns and deliver highly-targeted/segmented marketing campaigns, lifecycle emails, retention/reactivation programs, and loyalty building communications
  • Support strategy building for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
  • Help build workflows and customer email communications within CRM
    Support the marketing team with additional campaign related activities as required

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing environment, with a strong focus on communications and campaigns in a B2B environment in SaaS or Ed-tech
  • Extreme attention to detail and organization
  • Possess a humility and strong desire to learn
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines and move fast
  • Self starter with a can do attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up / rapid growth environment
  • Excited about helping people change their lives by starting new careers in technology
