Sr. Product Designer (Hybrid)

Harvest Builders is looking for a full time Product Designer to join our team in Calgary, AB to help build our talent platform.

As a Product Designer at Harvest you will play a role in the entire product creation process and be responsible for discovering and defining problems, and then empathically designing a solution. You'll play a key role in prototyping, visualization, testing, analyzing, and communicating at each stage of the product’s lifecycle.

• Work with key stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities to improve our product(s).
• Produce designs for the full lifecycle of a product from ideating, to hi-fidelity wireframing, to prototyping and user testing.
• Use analytical thinking, best practices (Web, iOS and Android.) and research to inform and justify decisions.
• Design pixel-perfect mockups for cross-platform experiences (Web, Android, iOS, emails).
• Conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences.
• Work with Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• 4+ years of professional experience as a product or UX/UI designer.
• Portfolio of work that shows your process and visual skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Highly organized with a strong understanding of file management.
• Experience partnering with engineers and development teams to release features and products.
• Highly motivated, dedicated, comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
