We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Calgary. Collaborate with fellow high-performing contributors with dynamic backgrounds to deliver state-of-the art strategy to drive the build out of new platforms. You‘ll work on architecture, front-end (web) and back-end code while fostering best practices like agile, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery. 

• Improvements to existing software and documentation
• Code reviews for external and internal participants of our Talent programs
• You will develop and improve existing platform
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features or improvements.
• You will write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to best practices
• You will establish and participate in the agile development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

• 5+ years of development experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, JavaScript, and Front-End Development
• Strong understanding of the principles of web development: html, css, js
• Strong understanding of the principles of backend development: programming architectures, frameworks, database design

• Background in React, GraphQL, MongoDB or Node.JS considered an asset
• Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching and troubleshooting
• Enjoys mentoring fellow developers and guiding them towards their goals
