Retirement Benefits Specialist (QKA or equivalent)

We manage 401(k) for several startups and small businesses. This requires several tasks like compliance testing, maintaining payroll, proper administration of plans in accordance with the plan document, and year-end filings such as forms 5500. We are looking for a retirement benefits specialist who can take care of these tasks and make sure the existing 401(k) plans on our platform are running smoothly and in compliance with the plan documents.

• Working on establishing different 401(k) plans
• Providing insight on compliance testing to our product team
• Reitrement plan administration in accordance with the plan document
• Comprehensive operations management skills in the faily recordingkeeping environment
• Plan operation processes efficiently and effectively

• 3+ years experience working with retirement plans such as 401k, 403b
• Certification in QKA or requivalent
• Understanding the different 401(k) plans and compliance testing
• Familiarity with different payroll providers
• Know how to setup 401(k) plan documents and guide on administration
• Know different notices and tax forms related to 401(k) plans
