We are building an employee financial benefits platform starting with our flagship product, 401(K). We are innovating in the Retirement Fintech space, and our long term vision is to upend this industry by offering a modern, intuitive and technically supercharged platform for a holistic benefits experience covering 401(K), HSA, FSA and other products.

What you'll be doing:

The 401(K) retirement product requires recurring hands-down operations work. Since an employee’s 401(K) contribution is inherently tied to payroll, the ongoing ops work needs to be in sync with the payroll pay-periods that occur bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly depending on the client.

We are looking for an organized technical person, who can work with the recurring tasks on a per-client basis to ensure customer success. For example, for every pay-period the person should be able to process the payroll contributions on a per-employee basis using scripting (typescript and python) and upload the data in our systems.

Who we're looking for:

  • Gather all the requirements and create a calendar of all the ongoing tasks that need to be performed to ensure that 401(K) tasks are being performed in a timely and compliant manner
  • Execute and write Javascript, Typescript and Python scripts to perform the recurring tasks
  • Onboard a new customer including but not limited to generating paperwork, e- signing, and providing dashboard access
  • Focus on automation
  • Set the bar for best practices for the new set of hires
  • Have opportunity to grow and own ops as we scale our company
