Jumpstart your career in tech and secure an interview with Neo Financial. The Harvest Builders Full-Stack Developer Bootcamp is a 6-week self-paced program designed for you to gain accelerated knowledge across a series of tech stacks to upskill and fast-track your development experience.
You’ll be exposed to the cutting edge technologies that emerging companies are using through a guided experience in building a web application. This includes: React, NodeJS, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, MaterialUI, GIT, Yarn, and Jest.
Bootcamp Start Date: October 17th, 2022
Bootcamp End Date: November 28th, 2022
Schedule: This self-paced program runs for a maximum of 6 weeks, with multiple weekly scheduled check-in sessions and guest speaker sessions available to participants.
Approximately 15-25 hours of dedicated time per week is required to be successful in this program. Some participants may require more or less time per week, and may complete the program sooner depending on their coding knowledge and prior exposure to the tech stack.
Previous participants have recommended dedicating 3-4 hours of work time 5 days per week in order to stay on track.
Format: Virtual – you’ll have access to a project management platform that has everything you need to work through the bootcamp on your own time. Your check-in sessions, troubleshooting and support channels, speaker events, and mentorship are fully facilitated online.
Location: This online bootcamp is available to all applicants across Canada.
Who Should Apply?
Basic coding knowledge and prior development experience is required, but whether you’re self-taught, did a degree, or even a certificate program, any kind of training is welcome. Whether you’re a junior developer, senior developer, or a recent graduate with foundational knowledge across various tech stacks, our developer bootcamps are designed to teach you new languages and build your skills no matter where you are in your career.
Participants are required to supply their own device and Internet connection. The technology used in this program works best on either a Mac or Linux desktop, and can be made compatible with Windows.
Applications Process + Important Dates
This application form allows you to express your desire to participate in the bootcamp and provide personal information. All applicants will be notified of their eligibility on Friday, September 30th via email. Those accepted into the program will be provided with “next steps” information, including a link to secure their spot in the program by completing registration and payment. Due to popular demand, program registration is on a first-come-first-served basis, with a limited capacity of 40 participants per cohort.
All applicants will receive an email communication on Friday, September 30th regarding the result of their application.
