Harvest Builders is on the lookout for seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join us. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the company, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to add value on all People related matters from workforce planning, organization effectiveness & design, performance management, total rewards, and much more. What you’ll be doing:


  • Develop templates, programs and policies for partner companies
  • Build relationships with business leaders and employees to provide leadership on People related programs, strategies and execution
  • Provide expertise in many of the following areas: talent management, onboarding, workforce planning, recruitment, coaching, and rewards
  • Work with the talent acquisition team and immigration consultant to facilitate the immigration process for international hires made by our partner companies
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team and key stakeholders to help build and implement best practices
  • Work with business leaders to evolve organization structures and talent strategies for short and long term scalability
  • Identify solutions that drive a high performance culture and use your influencing skills to get buy-in from stakeholders
  • Mitigate interpersonal issues, handle escalations, facilitate conflict resolution
  • Provide consultation on people related matters such as performance management, engagement, career planning and talent development
  • Build and cultivate positive, trust-based working relationships across the business at all levels and model Harvest’s high performance culture


Who we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in an HR business partner or generalist experience.  Consulting experience is an asset
  • Experience building people programs, strategies or projects that drive efficiency
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment who can change direction and pivot with competing priorities
  • Exceptional communicator who can influence and inspire
  • Actively seek opportunities to make a meaningful impact in the workplace
  • Innovative and resourceful in getting the job done
  • Ability to think creatively and understand there is not a one fits all solution
